It could just be some form of sick revenge, or in the case of one teacher I had, they're too lazy to teach, so everything is homework.

Also, oh dear NaNo, I had an idea for that 3 years ago that never got anywhere. Overplanning is my worst enemy.

I got so upset at those teachers who would give loads of HW...just for the sake of giving loads of HW. It was barely relevant to the subject, but just enough to spend hours finishing all of it.

There are a lot of things that I dislike about school, but I have to say, one of the worst is when teachers seem to be under the impression that no other teacher sets homework so they set you loads.

Unless you're my Chinese teacher and then it's: set a mock speaking exam on thursday, for friday and expect us to do really well despite the fact that a) we might have other homework for friday and b) I was practically swaying in the lesson because I was so ill.

Exactly. I have a long weekend this weekend, and all my teachers used that as an excuse to give me tons of homework for each subject, saying that '"You have four days to finish it!" Okay, your right. I do have four days, but I usually like to relax on the weekend, as a change from frantically running around during the week.

It's just really annoying, especially since I have to cancel plans with friends and remain in my house for the duration of the weekend, when that's actually supposed to be the time that I rest.

We had a day off last week because teachers were striking and every teacher was like "oh well you're not at school so I'll give you more work to do." NO we aren't at school because you greedy bastards want higher pensions that the country can't afford!

There's a poisonous spider in the UK related to the black widow and it's been increasing in numbers during the summer and now they're coming into houses because of the winter and I'm freaking out ;-;

Is it big? I see little ones from time to time, but they aren't poisonous.

That sounds delightful.
We get banana spiders this time of the year (at least, I think they're called banana spiders). They're huge and black-and-yellow and make this weird zigzag thing in the middle of their webs. I hear their bites hurt like a .
We also have these huge black spiders (like, 4cm in diameter) in our garage, and their egg sacks are all on the garage door, and my dad won't go take care of them because he can hardly make it down the stairs to the garage without falling and he's also super afraid of spiders, and my mom won't do it because she fears spiders almost as much as she fears snakes.

Last night was fun although the 4 hours of sleep interrupted with the others running in claiming there's something in the house wasn't, waking up tomorrow morning won't be fun ;-;

I don't mind the spiders- it's the freaking stinkbugs. The infest my room, and only my room, and bounce off the lights constantly.

Welp.. I was supposed to write an essay, but I never found out what it was supposed to be on.. I guess I'm not writing the essay then. (My English grade's already terrible because of my summer reading lack-of-effort).

I got a C in english last year, my parents flipped nu uh none of that because i'm usually a straight A student, but I just don't like English class. I'm more of a math and science guy. This year i'm really trying hard though to keep all my grades perfect, including english, which is why I hardly have time to post anymore on here

Math & science are good skills to have, though…Most of the current, in demand jobs need those skills...

I have a calc 2 midterm Sunday.  I'm gonna fail.
Basically, this teacher is crap.  He spent 3 weeks on chapter 3 (which was mostly review (and might I add, he gave us the test on chapter 3 BEFORE WE STARTED GOING OVER THE CHAPTER)).  He did about a section a class.  Then he went over 3 sections in one day of chapter 4 (which is actually new stuff and would benefit for having WAY more in depth than 30 minutes a section) ALL just so that he could cram as much on the midterm as possible, saying "we covered most of chapter 4".
I don't know what to do.

I'm back after being ghost for so long. Ugh. I'm so depressed. 
Me and Colton broke up a week ago. My heart is shattered. I should've known that if something didn't work out the first time, it wouldn't work out again. I did it to myself. I'm done with love for the time being. All it's ever done is come around and knocked me on my face.
