Guys, I don't know what to do.  My work needs me to come in today, because they're understaffed, but I'm also worried about having a breakdown because I've been working 6 out of the last 7 days, and have not had a single day of recuperation.  I've been more and more on edge and out of it over the last several days, and I'm worried I'd just lost it if I went in.  I'm already exhausted and feel kinda sick and I don't know what to do.

Is it possible you could tell them you're sick, because it wouldn't be a lie. They wouldn't fire you if you don't come in, will they?
If not, I'd say stay home. Your health is more important.

Good lord my family is insane.
My mom had to wake up my sister from a nap to do her chores.
Mom:  You've been napping too much and it's hurting your sleep schedule.
Anna:  I have not taken any naps since June and napping at 7 in the evening doesn't mess up your sleep schedule.

This sparked a 45 minute controversy, bringing both into hysterics.  Anna was being stupid as f**k, denying basic facts, and this threw mom into a foaming-at-the-mouth frenzy, and they were screaming at each other for 45 minutes.

My sister is stupid, my mother has a paper thin temper.  What else is new?
