What is Carthage?

To be short, Carthage is the secret section of the forum.
It used to require some CP to enter and even then for only a limited time. Now we just let you have access to it so hooray for you people!
In there you'll find some custom made items and games in there that serve as a reward to people who feel like achievement hunting. Of course, it's all entirely optional.
We plan to add some more stuff to it as time goes on, but we hope you have fun with what is there at the moment!
