This is Carthage, the secret section of Xana's Lair that before required some Cp to see. No more!
Some of the items in here will still require a fee though. Make sure to read any rules in the particular section you have questions in. If there are still holes or vagueness, let me know and I'll quickly update and clarify as I am able.
That does mean that I reserve the right to edit the rules though, so watch out for that.
But seriously, have fun! Check out the archives for some of the older stuff if you're feeling historic but if you want to look forward feel free to add in suggestions and comments here as you roam Carthage!
