From the Halloween event!
So I'm not exactly sure what I can upgrade without making it all too overpowered, but I'll give this a try. Can I —
make the casttime for Shroud of Peverell one action
upgrade lesser heal
put my two points (I think that's what an upgrade is, right) into damage for my weapon
And if the skill points thing is too overpowered for my character, then I'll just have the casttime for Shroud of Peverell reduced, please. And if that doesn't work either, then please just upgrade Lesser Heal two times.
