I had a dream about that. He just sort of stood there though while some evil Lyoko warrior clones talked.

Let's see...Final Mix, Lyoko Minus One, Attack of the Zombies (I guess that sorta counts) and Bad Connection are the ones I can think of at the moment. There was also a Xanafied clone of him in Ghost Channel but that wasn't really Jim. And there was another one where he was in the lab when the tower was deactivated and he was still conscious after the spectre left, which is rare for people who've been possessed.
I can't remember the episode but Jeremie said, "You'll never know, Jim. Return to the past now."
