Can someone help me out? I know he was a sewer worker and an FBI/CIA agent to say the least.

New headcanon: Jim is the bandaid bandit.

Why?

Well, back in 2006 when we were trying to sell our house, this guy from our neighborhood known as the bandaid bandit was arrested. He'd been committing all these bank robberies and whatnot, and when he did he wore a bandaid on his cheek to cover this big mole.
Jim constantly wears this bandaid on his cheek.
Thus Jim = bandaid bandit.
