Hmm. It's easier to say which episodes I don't like xD

But my favorite for now are:

1. Franz Hopper (Jeremie acting badassy towards XANA and saves his friends even though they are mad at him xD)
2. The Key (Though I hate the fact that the Hopper-possessed Mantas didn't drop Ulrich at the same platform where they did Aelita.)
3. Double Trouble (Jeremie vs XANAJeremie epic fight ftw!)
4. Ghost Channel (All of it. It's just perfect.)
5. Just In Time/Image Problem/The Diary (I really like the relationship between the Lyoko Warriors in those three. Especially where everyone cried when Aelita was "Gone forever")
6. Skidbladnir (Sweet Ulrich/Yumi moment! And all. lol)
7. The Lake (This shows that XANA can attack them wherever they are. And the idea is just awesome.)
8. Frontier (Jerlita Jerlita Jerlita. Do I have to say something more?)
9. Laughing Fit (Ulrich coming to Yumi with a flower? It never happened again lol. And the idea is also awesome. Also, Odd playing a guitar is... kinda hot xD)
10. Cold War. (The only time when the weather changes, but that sweet U/Y moment. Really. They never made such in season 4).

And also Distant Memory and the one with Waldo's and Aelita's picture. Both are pretty epic, but Idk where to place them. xD

Wow, this is tough...I think I'll have to say Lyoko Minus One, or Sabotage. Pretty much every season 3 episode except for Final Round, and a few season 2 ones as well. Seasons 1 and 4 weren't as appealing to me.

I have my list organized.
From the order of seasons
1. Killer music (Partially b/c it's Odd's voice actor's fave ep, but also it shows Ulrich does care for Odd, even though he did postponed his studying)
2. Common Interest (It was a very good episode)
3. Aelita/Temporary Insanity/The Pretender (All three were very good 1. Aelita and Odd being stowaways FTW, 2. Odd and Ulrich hallucinating, and 3. Just happens to get me somehow)
4. Opening Act/Crash Course/Music to Soothe the Savage Beast (Aelita and her DJing Skills, very top-notch)
