Finished just in time, but it turned out obscenely dark. Thats what I get for writing this late.

I liked yours! And even after you turned yours in on time, here I am a day late with the new prompt (I'm blaming the fact that I was on vacation and spent pretty much the whole day yesterday in airports and on planes).

Anyway, for the new promt, which should be able to inspire both dark and light-hearted drabbles.

I enjoyed both of yours. You packed a lot of intense emotion into those 100 words which is more than I can say for my own attempt.

And Doc, I liked your take on 'Lost' as well; JérYumi and UlrichxAelita is ripe for angst and XANA's defeat meaning the end of the Lyoko friendship too is sad but all too plausible. Good writing.

It is very plausible. What reason would Ulrich have to even associate with Jeremie in the first place? Lyoko gives all of them time to reconcile, due to a crisis, but without that catalyst, the composite parts of the Lyoko Warriors are very, very different.

But of course I don't much care, so I will eventually write a post Lyoko, next generation fic.

I like to think they became friends despite it all, even without Lyoko. But yeah, precisely, they're all entirely different with one main common element keeping them together.

The world will always require more Lyoko next gen fics, naturally.

Also I think I just wrote slash. That's a first for me in this fandom. O_o Sweet.

I like slash. Not so much for this fandom (the canon couples are way cute) but it's fun to mix things up once in a while.

Sorry to interupt this conversation (which, by the way, in and of itself was very entertaining). But I just want to thank you guys for participating and I really like what you've done. I'm also here to shamelessly advertise for the story challenge of the month. I think you guys should go try it!

I'm going to be very entrometido (random spanish vocab, yeah!) right now. Basically, Shadows (the lovely admin of this equally lovely forum) will post a new prompt/theme/stuff you have to include, and you write a hundred word drabble to it. There's no sign up. You can find the weekly drabble prompt and post your drabble here. You only write for the ongoing prompt, though sometimes she has a make up week where you try to make up a/ny drabble/s you didn't get to before. This thread is for the discussion of the drabbles.

And you should post an intro. P: We don't bite here, really.

Go here and click on 'New Topic'. Title your topic appropriately (e.g. Cya6's Intro — though you can title it whatever you want) and then just write a little blurb about yourself so we can get to know you!

You can either find it on the page before this or the first page of the topic "100 Word Drabbles." The topic is your best bet because it always displays the current drabble while going back in this thread may make you miss something. New drabbles are usually posted on Friday (or Saturday, if I'm late). Though the new drabble for next week will be posted tomorrow night (early, but you can still participate in Lost until Friday ends) because I'm not going to be on Friday to do so.

Yup, goes right there! You can also read through the old drabbles from previous weeks there. It's like a whole conglomeration of good writing — you might even recognise some names from FFN.
