Haha yeah, that's how it is in all cartoons though.

Not all cartoons, Totally Spies for example I loved because of their clothing changes. But the issue is that they need to copyright every outfit designed and used, so that other people can't steal them and they can claim ownership. It costs a lot of money, and is therefore easier to only use one outfit (plus the changes for Lyoko, PJs, PE, etc.).
