Can someone quickly give me advice on how to run Mini M&P?

It pretty much goes exactly like the normal M&P, but simpler and faster. You don't go around contacting people, you just decide who the psychic is and who the murderer. You decide kills at random, with for example dices or so. You think of clues yourself, and as long as the psychic is still alive you can leave an extra clue or something alike.

There are some variations possible. First of all, in order to make sure everything remains fair, I would like you to send me the murderer and psychic of your choic to me in a PM. Obviousely I would not be using that information to win the game. What I could do however, depends on what you want. I could still vote, which means I would vote for the murderer so everyone knows that at least one of the votes is correct (easy mode). Or I could not vote, but function as a sort of psychic instead and sometimes give clues. Or I just could do nothing useful at all and just blabber somewhat. Whatever you choose, this too should be in a pm so the members don't know if my information is of any use or not, to keep it exciting.

As long as he/she is alive though, you give an extra clue, or something along those lines. You can be very original with it. Perhaps something like Legend said.

In the normal m&p both the psychic and the murderer know who they are and there is communication between them and the host, where the murderer decides on the kills and the clues and the psychic tries his best to point to the obvious without getting killed. Overhere, it's just the host who decides, with various possible variaions. Which makes it much, much faster.

A group of members are sitting around a table. On the table is a birthday cake. It is milk chocolate, with white chocolate stars. The silver icing reads 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RAILEN!'

Checking members against database>
The members are AEON, BINARY, KELLY, LEGEND, MEMO, RAILEN, SHADOWS, SNOWY, STELLA and TOOKYS>

MEMO: Come on Rai, have a piece of cake.
TOOKYS: Yeah - we're starving!

RAILEN appears reluctant.

RAILEN: It's okay, guys. Have your pieces now. I'll have a slice later.
SNOWY: Are you sure?
RAILEN: Yes.

A fight starts over who gets the first slice. AEON rolls her eyes, grabs a knife, cuts herself a slice and bites into it.

The lights suddenly switch themselves off. There is a general cry of surprise.

LEGEND: Guys?
STELLA: And girls. Don't be sexist, Leggy.
LEGEND: Fine. Guys and girls?

There is the sound of an arrow hitting wood.

KELLY: What was that?
SHADOWS: Binary...
BINARY: What? I didn't do anything!

The lights come back on. Everyone is crouched on the floor. There is an arrow embedded in the table. MEMO is closest, and removes the arrow. There is a letter wrapped around it - she unravels it.

TOOKYS: What does it say?
MEMO: It says... 'The final countdown has began. Prepare yourself for... th-thanatos?'
AEON: What the heck is thanatos?
LEGEND: It's Greek. It means death.

There is a silence.

RAILEN: Thanks for the birthday present, guys.
STELLA: And girls!

Three members are sitting down in a subway car. All have satchels; two made of leather, one of plastic.

Checking members against database>
The members are RAILEN, SNOWY and TOOKYS>

SNOWY: Are you guys worried about what happened yesterday?
RAILEN: Don't worry about it, Snowy. It was probably just a flamer who didn't like someone's story.
SNOWY: And this flamer knew where you lived?
TOOKYS: Snowy, it was just a prank. Give it a rest.

As the train rolls into a station, the recorded voice crackles to life.

VOICE: This is Arcade. Change here for Odd and Ulrich lines. This train terminates at Central.
TOOKYS: Our stop!

The three stand up and walk onto the platform. After a few seconds, SNOWY dashes back on. Her bag is on the seat.

As she bends down to pick it up, the doors shut. She mutters something under her breath, and then sits down. The driver's voice comes onto the intercom.

DRIVER: The next stop is Central, the end of the line. I repeat, the NEXT STOP is the END-

The driver's voice is replaced by white noise. SNOWY frowns.

ERROR>
This camera has been destroyed>
End of file>

When the train pulled into Central, Snowy was dead.

She lay on the floor, a look of terror on her face. She was very pale. A pink wig sat on her head, and a heavy book with a handwritten title lay next to her.
