Findings:
1. There is no listing of airdates for Naruto in France.
2. Naruto first displayed the Rasengan in May 5, 2007, in the English Airdate.
3. Straight to Heart in France was shown in September 9, 2006.
4. The series, meanwhile, arrived in France in Game One on 2 September 2006 and on NT1 and on Cartoon Network since September 2007
5. It was episode 86 that Naruto displayed the Rasengan.
6. Japan showed Naruto in 2004.

... so there you go. The creators of CL couldn't have possibly ripped off the Rasengan because the series for Naruto started 7 days before they showed Straight to Heart in France... and you can't possibly show 85 other translated episodes in the span of the weeks before.

As much as I love Naruto, I have to admit, having energy out of your hands, whether it's a ball or just a line, really isn't that creative no matter what. I mean, really.
