Re: A Million Reasons To...
574 reasons to get reminded of the 2 pictures URF drew (which was about Aelita's insane side coming out on Halloween, and then she goes on a killing rampage until the day is over, freaking out in the morning when she sees red stuff all over her dress).

576 reasons to amuse myself by thinking that the fireworks outside my home sound like grenades and dynamite...
Re: A Million Reasons To...
575 reasons to point out that the larger shells (used for displays) are every bit as dangerous as those things.

576 reasons to whistle "The Riddle", and mess around with Notissimo (a program very similar to Mario Paint).
Re: A Million Reasons To...
579 reasons to teach your little brother how to operate an almost-blank mp3 player (I emptied that one from my songs, and gave it to him).
Re: A Million Reasons To...
583 reasons to reply that others were here earlier today, but they weren't here in the past hours due to the holiday today. Probably. I celebrated yesterday (because celebrating on the actual day is overrated) so I have nothing to do.
Re: A Million Reasons To...
584 reasons to say that we took my grandparents to my uncle's house for a barbecue so I too already celebrated.

585 reasons to celebrate July 4th, and shake my head that someone had a bomb threat in one of the US's largest airports today...
Re: A Million Reasons To...
586 reasons to think I'd be really annoyed to have to go through security twice after that.

Re: A Million Reasons To...
587 reasons to agree that security has gotten tighter, and I feel bad for those who are unjustly on the list (but never have been able to get removed, even if they have a clean record). You need birth certificates and stuff (at least, I encountered it only at EWR, though security at SFO wasn't lax either. ...but they have a nice food court that you can eat in before you go through security... too many people on the line for security)
Incidentally, there's a TV show that has an episode where a girl and her boy cannot board a plane because the child shares the name of a person that is on the watch list. ...This goes hand in hand with the little boy who shares his name with a killer, and his family (the little boy's family) cannot go through security easily due to being on the list.

Re: A Million Reasons To...
588 reasons to wonder if a simple list of names is a really stupid idea. I mean how many of the people on the list are likely to be using their real names in the first place.
I'm sure aliases are included but at some point I'd think the whole thing gets unmanageable.

Re: A Million Reasons To...
589 reasons to point out that America isn't the smartest country in the world (actually it ranked 3rd to last, topping only Mexico and Italy in a test for something in which countries are tested for their intellect. Some people didn't know where some states were, even though they lived in the states. Some people didn't even know what was the world's largest city (Mexico city, I think)).
Re: A Million Reasons To...
591 reasons to hope so as well and see who gets it in the morning (well, from where I live... It's about 12 midnight now).
