192 reasons to respond that the Lyoko Warriors invade XANA's Lair (aka Carthage, or the Digital Sea) on an almost constant basis. It's like Storm the house, only with a lot more lasers. Plus, what would Megatanks be doing in Carthage?

194 reasons to shrug and say that he probably makes the data for the monsters, and then activates it, creating the monsters on Lyoko. Much simpler than making them and then building a transport device to teleport them to Lyoko, as the author who wrote "Awakening" (in the Scyphozoa's point of view) imagined it as.

198 reasons to agree with Flyboy, and add that they might have none, due to the tough armoring they have (The Scyphozoa doesn't actually have weak points, because there is hardly any solid mass making it up, and the Kolossus's 'skin' is too tough... think hardened lava).
