RF: I think the last time we did something about drugs was in citizenship in like year 8?? We just got shown loads of drugs and some people who'd had former addictions came in and talked to us

RF: alcohol and smoking, despite being drugs, were never really brought up tho :L

RF: Yeah, that's what people don't realize. Alcohol, tobacco, and even caffeine are all techniquely drugs.

RF: Alcohol is a depressant, tobacco is an inhalant, and caffeine is a stimulant. Just, since they're much less harmful in short term effects, they're legal.

RF: Caffeine is such a low risk drug it doesn't even have an age limit.

RF: But some drug education is better than none at all…Maybe health classes would be taken more seriously if they didn’t all start with learning about how to avoid getting a cold, lol…

RF: Every health class I've ever taken starts with a nutrition unit.

RF: That's why no one likes it.

RF: We all have to sit through weeks of learning information about nutrients that we've already learned EVERY YEAR BEFORE THAT.
