Jeremie flipped his eyes open again and began walking normally once more. "Oh...uh...sorry."

There was a heavy knock on Jake's front door, it was slow and reluctant, yet firm as if to try and pretend the latter was irrelevant.

There was a pause at the door but eventually the one who knocked spoke up, "It's me...Jonathon."
