My favourite episode would have to be A Lack of Goodwill. Mostly because William is my favourite character, and there was a lot of William in this episode!!!

I've always had a fondness for Plagued and I'm not sure why. And who can forget Attack of the Zombies.

I've been watching an awful lot of Ghost Channel lately.

I probably rewatch the first season the least, but out of those episodes -- I definitely have a soft spot for Amnesia. The certain moments that Ulrich remembers in relation to the other characters fascinates me, and I just really love the way that Odd takes on this gentler, guiding role when Ulrich has no idea what he's doing on Lyoko. I love seeing that side to Odd.

For the same reason I really love the episode Aelita, because we get to see Odd and Aelita's cousin dynamic/how in-tune with Aelita Odd is, and also a bit of Ulrich and Jeremie's friendship. (I love the prequel eps for seeing Ulrich & Jeremie's friendship, too!)

Then, um, I like Marabounta, A Fine Mess (the body swap just amuses me to no end), Bragging Rights and Dog Day Afternoon. ...I like episodes with a lot of Odd, it's true.

And Ultimatum is one of my favorites because I adore Sissi and she really gets to show her stuff that episode, and I always love when we get to see the better side of her. The same for Bad Connection -- though, honestly, these are two of the episodes I find the most disturbing as well. (I mean, kidnapping and intended murder by the school principal, and having your parents almost force you to jump to your death? I still don't know how they got away with this on a kids show...)

Also, a special shout-out for Maiden Voyage because when they first launched the Skid it was just so cool. And Aelita-the-pilot is my favorite thing ever, haha.

I DON'T KNOW. CLEARLY I LOVE SOMETHING OR ANOTHER ABOUT ALL THE EPISODES. I could go on!

I'd hate to bump such an old topic, but I've been watching the original series a lot lately (Most of the episodes for the first time).

Reading through this thread, I'm seeing Ghost Channel quite a few times, that's one of my favorite as well. When I saw the ending for the first time, I thought it was completely ridiculous. I was surprised they would put something that intense in this show.

Cold war was another good one; it was cool seeing an episode with snow. I feel like the sense of urgency was far greater in this episode than others.

With Season 3, I've only seen a couple different episodes. Odd is my favorite character, so naturally, I instantly became ecstatic the first time I saw Triple Trouble. As soon as three Odd's came out of the scanner, I knew it was going to be quite an interesting episode. I got quite a good laugh from seeing them bickering back and forth.

When I was first watching season 2, I had a hard time watching Aelita and Scyphozoa encounters because I didn't want to see Aelita lose all her memories. And then The Key aired and I couldn't tear myself away. I was like, "NOOOOOOOOO!"
