CL News recap:

• Code Lyoko's 5th season, Code Lyoko Evolution, was announced. The series will be a live action/CGI hybrid.
  
• MoonScoop held casting calls two months ago to see who would play the Lyoko Warriors in the new show.
  
• MoonScoop began a huge promotional campaign through Facebook with the most prominent addition being a merchandise store on CafePress. DVDs were also released on Amazon.
  
• A new Facebook game is due to be released hopefully this month or next month.
  
• CLE will be co-produced by Norimage and have a budget of 5.6 million euros.
  
• Filming is due to begin this summer and be finished and released by November.
  
• Concept art of the Lyoko Warriors (Aelita and Ulrich) was found in a Spanish magazine.

Looks like we have a trailer for the new Facebook game. From what I see, it looks promising; you even get to play as William. Another interesting is that even though your character selection is limited, you can personalize their appearance (black Odd and blonde Ulrich anyone?).

Apparently, it goes into more details about the production such as the schedule and what the cast has been doing. Hopefully this means we'll be hearing more soon.

Apparently the beta for the new Facebook game is out (at least I'm sure it's the beta).

I heard that it's also in English, but I can't find an English version anywhere (even though the link provided on the CLE forum says it's at least 90% English). I'm pretty sure though that if this were the final, we'd hear about it on CL's official Facebook page as well.

Want to see your drawing in Code Lyoko: Evolution? We are looking for graffiti-style tags or general drawings to be used in the background of Code Lyoko: Evolution! Drawings should NOT include any Code Lyoko characters, monsters, etc. or any other trademarked materials. Drawings should be large, hi-res and submitted to codelyoko@moonscoop.com with the subject line "Drawing Contest" and include your name, address, phone and email address in the body of the email. All drawings must be submitted by June 22. Complete rules will be available on codelyoko.com. Good luck!

First image is of two of the producers, the one on the right is from Norimage I believe. And a very lovely-looking storyboard in the background!

We get ourselves a glimpse of the live action actors (albeit their faces are covered by their cartoon counterparts). From what can be seen though, I'd say it looks promising.
