There are basically four panels in your johari window.

One panel shows the list of attributes that you see yourself as.
One panel shows the list of attributes that you and other people see yourself as.
One panel shows the list of attributes that other people see you as.
One panel is just a "blind spot", there to represent the attributes that you and other people don't yet recognise in yourself.

Basically you create one, link people to it, and see what people think of it. It's interesting because you know...we all have our set perspectives of ourselves, but what do other people think of us?

Here's mine. It took me a bit of time to choose which words I wanted to use, since I feel like I can really see a little of myself in all of those words. Same with doing everyone else's. I really thought that the majority of the words applied to all of you, so it was hard just picking five or six.

But I did it. Let's clap.
