So the United States government is split into three major branches; the legislative branch(Congress), which creates the laws, the executive branch(The President), which enforces the laws, and the judicial branch(Supreme Court) which interprets the laws.

My statement regards the poor, and sometimes dysfunctional workings of Congress, such as the partisanship and political dealings.
