Hey, so I just joined up today. Hopefully I can do this right. I'm Sakura aka Ashleigh, a 20 year old currently in college in America for the majors of Theatre with no emphasis and Communcations with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Truth be told,   I'm a geek. (Surprise!) A few other things you see me like doing is acting, singing, playing instruments, making creations out of cardboard, video editing, fanfiction writing, failing at fandubbing, and roleplaying.

I've officially been a Code Lyoko fan for ten years at this point. (Tenth anniversary was May 23? Something around there.) At first, I saw the commercials but I thought it was stupid. I keep hearing my friends talk about it on the playground, still thought it was stupid. Tried it for the first time...And fell in love. Since then, I never really hated anything in the series. I've tried to see all I can, but that failed. I'll work on that this summer though! I saw all of season one, only the first part of season two because after then mom stole television for Jeopardy, last part of season three because the first part aired before moving and cable TV at the time, most of season four because the last few episodes aired online and didn't have internet at the time, and first few episodes of season five because I want to act along with the others with my normal OC based on me. Oh, yeah Chronicles. Thanks to codelyoko.fr, I've read the first three books and waiting for the fourth one to be fully translated before reading the last book. Of course, my favorite character has to be Aelita.

Off-topic of Lyoko, I'm an otaku. My favorite anime is Bleach, Digimon, Negima, Kiddy Grade, and Pretty Cure. My other favorite cartoons are Ed Edd n Eddy, Total Drama, and Randy Cunningham.

The reason I joined the site was for the Drabble Series. But there's more fanfiction stuff I can do and maybe even roleplay. I hope to meet some fellow Lyoko fans on the site and getting to talk to all of you.

Hi, I'm Snickie.  I'm one of the administrators here and a bit inactive due to real life getting in the way.  Unfortunately not much is happening at the moment, but there's always chatter going on in the General Chat and Random Facts forum.

XL was always more of a creative forum than a Code Lyoko informational forum (that's CL-E's thing) so I'm glad to hear you love writing fanfiction so much.  I'm trying to get people's creative juices going again and we're starting XaJuWriMo in half a month.  I'd link you to it but I'm too lazy, , and you should be able to find it on your own anyway lol

I'm a little late too but just so happened to be browsing the forums and found this. XD

I'm LHA or Dani, you can call me either one. I have been inactive a lot lately but have been trying to get on more frequently, but so far I have been doing good about coming on often.  
Girl we found out about Code Lyoko the same way lol. I used to see the ads and stuff for it when I was a kid and just be like "   WTF IS THIS?" Then I actually sat down and watched it and loved it lol. The first episode I saw was A Great Day. I don't know if you stated the episode in your post you saw first, (I scanned it, didn't read all of it. Forgive me lol.) But what was the first episode you saw? If you can remember lol.

Yay! I'm not the only one. I didn't come in too late so....Man it's been years. If I have to take a guess my first one was Seeing was Believing. (Good thing season one didn't have a linear storyline ) I believe it was also the first date it aired so...I just got lucky XD

I really do hope it become active again around here. It seems like a fun place so...

When I joined back in 2012, the site was banging. But that was probably only because the release of Code Lyoko Evolution was pending. 
They ruined Code Lyoko with that crap.   
I'm sure the site will get back on track soon. I hope it does, I miss getting on the Chatbox with everyone and just goofing off. Ahhhh. 

If I can remember correctly, when I was maybe 7ish or 8ish, I was flipping through channels and I went on Cartoon Network and Code Lyoko was playing. I do believe it was either The Girl of the Dreams or False Start. Because I remember seeing either Aelita or Taelia. I watched it for maybe a second. Sooo yeah. Then later on, a few years later when Season 2 kicked off, I was watching Miguzi and it came on. So I thought.... eh, what the heck. I'll watch it. So I did, and fell in love.  Lol.

Meh...Honestly, I was fine with Evolution but I sitll have to get past epi 4....^^' There's not much they could do with Live action. I didn't like them changing it to that either but....Meh.

The epi is "The Girl of the Dreams." Considering I just acted along to it recently, I should know. Unless it was Aelita. It depends on what she was watching. I got unlucky with 2nd and 3rd season. Mom took tv after Final Mix to watch her show at the same time, and 3rd season the first part was moving for us.

The animated part was fine, but the live action sucked. Some of the characters don't even look like themselves. Like they made Sissi a blonde girl and Sam a white girl (not endorsing racism whatsoever, but you know what I mean.) Then they bring Laura into it and try to ruin the JxA.. Which pissed me off. I'm a huge Jerlita sucker. Lol. xD

It probably would've been way cooler if they did it animated like they had it except it'd look more finished because of the technology. Gah. 


But yeah, I do believe it was The Girl of the Dreams. Lol. I used to have a passionate hate for Taelia, so yeah. xD everyone on here remembers how much I used to dislike her, but it's kind of gone away now. She's actually more interesting to me now that I've thought about it. Makes me wonder....

LHA: Trust me, I didn't like changing Sissi/Sam and I'm going to be pissed at Jerlita being ruined too...*Prepares bow and arrow* And honestly....I'm surprised that  someone can hate a one time only character. XD
