Medal of Honor: Lyoko Warrior was originally only a fan-fiction that crossed over the realistic, heroic videogame series, Medal of Honor, and the popular cartoon Code Lyoko.  However, after seeing the fanprojects for CL, it was time for something amazing, gritty, breathtaking, and immersive to come out.  That gave birth to the now in-production episodic series, Medal of Honor: Lyoko Warrior.

The series takes place in the adult lives of Ulrich, Yumi, and the rest of the group.  Ulrich, married to Ulrich, has a great career in the military as a Spec Ops member.  Assigned to TIER 2, an ensemble of various special military units, Ulrich is faced with a bigger mission.  After being re-deployed to Afghanistan, officially canceling leave with his family and friends, things get worse.  The assault planned on an outpost in the mountains north of Kabul had failed, leaving Ulrich, his friend Calvin Jones, and five other members alive.  What Ulrich and Calvin found on top of the mountain shocked them, mostly Ulrich.

Now, an enemy thought long gone has re-appeared from the shadows of time and now wishes to wreak their vengeance upon their foes.  With the clock ticking and many at stake, it's up to Ulrich, Calvin, and his new TIER 1 squad to end the madness before millions pay the price.

MOH: Lyoko Warrior wishes to push the boundaries by adding realism in the mix.  With realism, real places can be drawn in and accurately represented.  Also, realism also gives the series the opportunity to really represent what it would actually be like if the Lyoko Warriors' past resurfaces.  Real locations, real countries, real tactics, and real emotions lets MOH: Lyoko Warrior become different in the pack.

Gritty, real, emotional, immersive; These very words describe Medal of Honor: Lyoko Warrior.  With the soundtrack from Medal of Honor: Warfighter and some songs from Linkin Park, the series stays true to both worlds, offering an emotional, varying experience.
