I think it's self-explanatory. Any emoticons/smilies you come across on the internet that you want Shadows to take a look at and think about uploading.

atlas, I think, had a bunch that he was using on chat once, but I don't remember them. maybe there was a duck? and there certainly was this creepy smiley face (one that I would use all the time if i could

Google -> Google Images -> type in anything you want and search it -> Search Tools -> Any size chenged to 'Icon'.
At that point type in anything you want. Bonus for typing in things like 'smilie' 'smiley face' emoticon' and 'icon' and they'll usually get you something.
If you don't like that, check out some different forums and see if they have any smilies you like. Then just link them here.
