Sector Competitions

We are (yet again) going to redo sector competitions. That might excite some of you, and confuse some of the newer members. I could sit here and explain how the new system is going to work out, but that'd be boring for both you and me. So check out the two links below. Note: not all information given will necessarily be the same come time for the competitions.

Note: this means that within the next week or so, you will not be able access any of the sectors. That means save everything that needs to be saved. Do not sign up in this topic, we will have another topic for the actual sign-ups. This is so you can ask questions and gain information on how the newest competitions will work.

Some people may not be a member long enough to join right off the bat, but don't worry, the sectors will be continuously taking in new members.

Thanks guys. Yeah, prezi and I have a love-hate relationship, but this prezi was pretty smooth sailing.

I'd like to announce that on Monday, I will be taking away access to the sectors for a week or so. If you have anything you would like to save, please do it now.

The prezi is awesome (I only checked it once and in a hurry, but I will take what other members are saying as a fact). I just think a system that's going to be implemented on a forum has to be posted on the forum. For some reason, my mobile browser can't open the prezi, but that should not be the reason for posting it on the forum.

Can anyone post some highlights for me to read? I will give you a virtual hug.

I get why it's not posted ont he forum yet--it's not something that's been implimented yet, so posting it would create confusion. But here's a run down from what I saw:

There are multiple ways the sectors will complete with eachother: all four sectors competing, pairs of sectors vs eachother, two sectors vs one another, individual challenges, and Xana attack challenges where the sectors are competing against Xana instead of eachother, either individually or as a group. Shadows has a pretty awesome points system worked out for it all, and she also explains the requirements for getting into the sectors in the first place (you need to be a certain level of active on the site and mods will get some say in who goes to their sector).

It looks really awesome, and I'm excited to see it play out :]
