Pokémon: Elemental Overload

In ancient times in an ancient worldwide civilization both humans and Pokémon could use the elements and though the power of the Plates each one of their sixteen leaders could completely control a single element. For many generations peace reigned however everything changed when war broke out which ended up destroying much of the land. The plates were lost and the knowledge of the ancient techniques was supposedly forgotten until now.

There have been recent rumors of a few individuals with a strange ability to use a single element like they were a Pokémon. Some have been using them for evil purposes and others have been using them for good. Someone is searching for these elemental users and will stop at nothing to get at them all. It is unknown just what that searcher’s link is to the ancient civilization but there is this one warning as long as humans have control over the elements peace will never exist and I think if that searcher gets his hands on those people we’re going to be in for one hello of a ride

Bio: A strange kid with the power over water. It is said that he lives underwater with several water type Pokémon. He periodically appears on the surface in port cities to sell various treasures he finds underwater but doesn’t stay long quickly diving into the water and not coming back for days on end. It is also rumored he jumps onto ships holding contests or Pokémon tournaments asking to participate and he also warns ships of storms in the area.

Bio: Was always interested in the sky. She was very and not easly offended. One day she found a pair of wings sitting in the sunshine seeing no one around she put them on and they binded with her body. When going into town she puts on a jacket to hide them and passes off as normal. But as soon ans no one is arround she uses them to take off into the sky, she could stay up in the sky for days and not need to come down to restock her suplies. Her personality is quiet, conservitive, and when she makes friends she will be bold and outgoing and will stand up for them.
