I think Odd and Sam would end up to be a very interesting relationship really (like I said, I really don't care one way or another), but I can see Sam getting into worse stuff than snatching computers (car thief gang, anyone?) which could lead to bad things for Odd which would lead to (a) pretty interesting episode(s).

But it would be awesome. It wouldn't even matter if Odd was doing it with his own will or sort of forced into it because both sides would be good. And then there would be a XANA attack and there would be drama and something would happen and the day would be saved. /everyepisodeofCL

I, personally, really like Sam. I think if she had more people around her who could both support her, but also stop her from running her life into the ground, she'd be better off.

I always loved the idea of her as a LW, but I bet that's just me.

The pairing itself is really interesting, though, because it's pretty much the only CL pairing that was actually canon at any one point in time, but it's also the one we know the pretty much least about. And what we do know about Sam makes her interesting- she's not really a good person, but I bet she really does get into crazy adventures. Throw Odd into that mix and you get....

yeah. partly the reason I like her is because when I first watched the show, I happened to see the only two episodes with her in. Only watching about 5 episodes that time through led me to believe she was a much larger character, to the point where I believed OddxSam was canon. Rewatching showed what a small role she had, but she still remains with Odd in my headcanon.

I skipped around with episodes due to lack of cable and not really discovering CL again until much later, and I was watching an AMV on youtube, and I saw her kiss Odd, and I was like "who is she?!" Obviously I later found out.

Hahah, oh that moment when you see something interesting from an episode you missed. Whenever that happens I search around desperately to try and find it.

I don't think Odd will ever find true love while he's still in school. Poor kid. lol
I don't support OddxSam because Sam has gotten him into trouble twice, first in "Rock Bottom" and then in "Final Round". I'd have a hard time forgiving that. Don't forget: the first time Odd was framed for stealing, and the second time they ended up losing Lyoko.

OxOC is a bit too overdone. I have yet to find a good fanfiction that has him with an OC; they're usually too mushy and Odd gets way OOC. Then again, I haven't read most of the fanfics written by people here.

And OddxSissi is just weird, although I think the series hints at it in several episodes, namely that episode where Odd has the online girlfriend that turns out to be Sissi, and "Just In Time," and maybe a bit in episode 53 "Straight to Heart" when she kisses his nose even though it appears to not be for that reason at all.

OxA is just...creepy. That's fake incest, because Odd is supposed to be Aelita's cousin. And besides. Aelita is obviously attracted to Jeremie. I can see from what episodes people will pick up OxA shipping, namely "Saint Valentine's Day", "Aelita", "Replika", and maybe even a little bit in the prequel when Odd sees Aelita for the first time and calls her a cutie, although he comments that Jeremie has good taste, which I think implies that he's accepted the fact that she is Jeremie's and not his.

The only time I've ever seen even a hint of OxY was in episode 1 "Teddygodzilla," at the very end when Ulrich agreed to go with Milly to save the trouble that ensued from all of that and Odd went with Yumi.

I personally like Sissi, some fics i know really capture her good side and it might make some really good character development

I usually go for Sissi as well, especially in fics that are a continuation from where the series left off.

Now, OxA is weird for me because ive read a lot of fics who do it very well . To have a god OxA fic, jeremy almost always has to be a complete asshole to Odd and Aeilita.(unless your batshit crazy like cya and write where its the other way around

I don't think Jeremy has to be a asshole for Odd and Aelita to be together, but that might just be because I don't like writing Jer as an asshole XD I think Jer's the kind of guy who can, after a bit of emotional turmoil, see the light and not try and hold Aelita back from exploring her emotions and what she wants in life. Although, when I do OxA I like to give Jer someone to help balance it out and let him see that he is capable of finding love elsewhere :3

Personally my favorite person to write Odd with is Aelita, because I think she has such an open way of looking at the world, and this drive for adventure and trying new things that Odd is able to foster and understand, where as Jermey is more of hte stick-to-what-you-know safe kind of guys. Unfortunatly for Aelita she can't stick to what she knows, because a huge part of her character is not knowing things--about Earth, her self--and I like putting her with someone who's the same. (but axj is also adorable because Jer's a teacher in that awkward, blushing kind of way).

Of course, I also love Odd with Sissi, and I think the show makes them out to be two characters who would be good together because both are the kind of person who likes to stick to their guns, but they also challenge others. They would constantly push eachother, I think, to back of beliefs and stick to projects they'd started and become a better person. That, and I think they have great sarcasm together <3

Aaand OddxSam. I don't know if I could see it as like, a going forward/into the future couple? But I love the idea of them as a relationship Odd had once and maybe grew out of but never regrets, and he always loves Sam in that "she was my first real love" kind of way.

And the idea of them stealing a car together is halarious.

I really liked how you phrased that, Kitty. I love AxO and I've never made Jeremie a jerk. Though, my main way of writing is to get him out of the way, not for any reason, just so he isn't present, but usually I write oneshots and you can't necessarily fit that in there. I really liked how you described OxS, because if they could get a relationship to actually work, it would be fantastic (it's just, I think, the starting point that would cause an issue, once it's begun, I thnk it would be smooth(er) sailing.

I used to like OddxSam when I was little, now I don't really pay much attention to her. The two episodes that had her in it I particularly liked though.
